What is the timeline for a renovation project?

For new BTO flats, expect 6 to 8 weeks. For Resale HDBs or Condos involving hacking and wet works, timelines are generally 8 to 12 weeks.

What are your payment terms?

We use a progressive structure: 10% upon confirmation, 40% at commencement of works, 45% upon carpentry measurement, and 5% upon completion.

Do you provide warranties?

Yes, we provide a 12-month defects liability warranty on workmanship. Specific materials carry extended manufacturer warranties up to 10 years.

Do you offer free 3D design proposals?

Absolutely. We provide an initial space layout and a transparent itemized quotation for free. We then proceed to final 3D renders.

Why choose a Direct Factory Contractor?

By handling all carpentry fabrication in our own Singapore factory, we bypass third-party showrooms and middlemen. This means premium materials, strict quality control, and significant cost savings.
